Lead submissions are retained for up to 180 days.

Analytics event logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Scan providers and email delivery providers act as processors to support scan inference and clinic follow-up notifications.

You can request removal of submitted contact details by emailing privacy@headlicechecker.com and including your reference ID.
