Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-2NFGY1C5VB) to understand how the site is used. GA4 is only loaded after you grant the analytics category in cookie preferences.
GA4 may collect information such as:
- Pages viewed and navigation paths
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Device, browser, and screen information
- Aggregated interaction events, such as scan funnel steps, directory usage, and content views
We do not send scan images, clinic claim emails, evidence notes, verification tokens, or other sensitive claim details to GA4.
Server-side analytics event logs are retained for up to 90 days. Google's own retention settings also apply to data processed in GA4.
